A complete BTS fan-community platform for Croatia and the region - an editorial magazine, a deep video and discography archive, five games and full member accounts. One devoted fan, with no coding background, built it herself in two weeks: AI tools in her hands, LumiVerse's build model behind her. Her love; our AI.
We wanted to test the studio's whole thesis at its edge: give a motivated person with no engineering background the right AI tools and a little guidance, and see how far dedication carries them. So we handed the keys to a lifelong BTS fan who had never written a line of code - and got out of the way.
She brought the ingredient AI can't supply: taste, obsession, and love for the subject. She knew exactly what her community wanted because she is that community - a BTS fan from Croatia who wished a place like this existed.
Every one of the 90-plus articles is hers. Every game, every category, every bit of Croatian copy comes from someone who actually cares.
Not a development team. An AI build model, a production stack that could scale from a simple quiz to authenticated member accounts, and guidance whenever she hit a wall.
The engineering barrier came down. The person did the rest - and the person turned out to be more than enough.
Two weeks in, this isn't a fan page with a few links. It's a content-plus-community product with everything a real portal needs - editorial, media, games and accounts, all in one place.
90-plus original Croatian articles - BTS stories, news and guides - across their own categories.
A curated library with a rich taxonomy: MVs, Run BTS, FESTA, Bangtan Bomb, dance practices, per-member solo videos and specials.
Every release, with in-page listening - the whole catalogue in one browsable place.
Birthdays, anniversaries and releases - the dates the community lives by, in one calendar.
Who's who, a glossary, a timeline, eras & albums and membership how-tos - an on-ramp for new fans.
"Which member are you?", three-level trivia, emoji song-guessing, a word search and album match - with progress saved to your profile.
Registration, login, password reset and a personal profile - with full, GDPR-compliant account management.
Playlists, favorites, video playlists and article likes - the site remembers what each fan cares about.
A quick command-style search across everything - articles, videos, discography and games.
Fast didn't mean flimsy. The AI build model let one person move like a small team - designing, writing and shipping in parallel - on a stack built for production from day one.
With AI generating, refactoring and explaining alongside her, she designed the interface, wrote the content and built the features in parallel - the work of a small team, done by one.
Not a prototype. Real accounts with hashed passwords, a proper database and GDPR-compliant account management - the boring, essential parts done properly, not faked.
An unofficial fan project done right: the content was run through a BTS/HYBE legal review before going live, and the site states plainly that it isn't affiliated with BTS, HYBE or BIGHIT.
A modern, production-grade stack - the kind you'd expect behind a funded product, shipped by someone who'd never touched any of it two weeks earlier.
For years, an idea like this needed a budget and a developer. Now it needed a fan who wouldn't quit.
AI didn't replace a team - it removed the reason she needed one. That's not a slogan for us; it's the experiment, run on a person instead of a client. "AI tools that make humans unstoppable" is exactly what a full community platform, built in two weeks by one devoted fan, looks like.
